Order Delivery
Bosco Design delivers in the UAE and soon the GCC. We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days. We use our selected delivery partners including GLS and UPS. Delivery costs can be calculated at the checkout.
Orders above 300 AED qualify for free shipping.
Please note that you might face some delays during promotional activities and holidays.
Address Changes & Tracking
Please ensure you provided us with the correct delivery address, should you make any changes to the address, please contact our team before you receive a confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
All orders are provided with a tracking number sent to you by email to help you track your package.
Order packaging
We take great care in securely packing and handling our products to minimise damages. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take a photo of the damaged product and include your confirmation number.
- Email the photo and confirmation number to magda@boscodesigns.ae.
- If the breakage occurred during the transportation, we will promptly send you a replacement product.
- We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. P
